January 1 to December 31, 2026 is 364 elapsed days, or 52 weeks.

Calculation assumptions

  • Dates are treated as calendar dates at UTC midnight.
  • The main result counts elapsed days and excludes the end date from an inclusive count.
  • Times of day, holidays and business-day rules are excluded.
